Registration When You Arrive

Bring your registration confirmation letter to onsite registration to pick up your registration packet, badge and appropriate tickets. Registration is located inside the Commodity Classic Welcome Center at the Anaheim Convention Center, 800 West Katella Avenue, Halls B/C. Valid photo ID will be required.

Monday, February 26 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Tuesday, February 27 6:45 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Wednesday, February 28  6:45 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Thursday, March 1  7:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

 

 

Keep Your Name Badge With You

Your name badge gets you into the trade show, educational sessions and other events for which you are registered.  And after you get home, your badge/registration number is your ticket to view online videos of the 2018 educational sessions that took place on the days for which you were registered.

 

Recommended Dress

Wear comfortable shoes! Attire at the Trade Show is mixed, with primarily business casual. Business attire is appropriate for association meetings and banquets. A light jacket is recommended even when indoors as convention center and hotel meeting space can be chilly. Refer to associations for PAC event attire. The Evening of Entertainment is casual/jeans.

 

Kids Corner

This special place is designed for the youngest Commodity Classic attendees. Kids Corner is a parent and child resting area with activities and entertainment for children ages 2-7. Kids Corner is available Tuesday through Thursday during show hours and is located inside the Hall D of the Trade Show. An adult must accompany a child at all times.

 

Childcare Service

Please check with your hotel for local companies that provide in-room childcare services.

 

Accessibility and Dietary Needs

If you have needs that you did not include on your registration form, we can provide special dietary meal requests with more than 14 days' advance notice. Dietary requests received after outlined advance notice will be handled on a case-by-case basis. For accessibility assistance, we respectfully request as much advance notice as possible.

 

Photo/Audio/Video Agreement

By attending the 2018 Commodity Classic, you agree that Commodity Classic, its employees, contractors and volunteers, may photograph videotape or audiotape you during the Conference and related activities. Your photo, video, audio, likeness or image may be used by Commodity Classic for promotional or related purposes with no remuneration to you.

 

RFID

Radio-frequency identification (RFID) is used at Commodity Classic to track attendance at educational sessions and other events. Your name badge contains coded information unique to you that is read by the RFID technology. Some exhibitors may use RFID technology to capture your demographic information at their trade show booths to eliminate the need for you to take time to fill out a form. By registering for Commodity Classic, you consent to the use of RFID by Commodity Classic and its exhibitors.
