Travel Information

Great Southern Travel is available to assist with your air transportation and car rental needs. There is a service fee of $22 per person or $30 per family traveling on the same itinerary for Commodity Classic. Air Transportation

Nashville International Airport (BNA) is located approximately 10 minutes from the Gaylord Opryland Resort and the Radisson Hotel at Opryland. Visit the airport’s website www.flynashville.com for the latest list of airlines currently serving Nashville. A special discount has been negotiated with American Airlines for Commodity Classic attendees. Seats are limited and some restrictions apply. Call Great Southern Travel for information and refer to file number 1322AW. If you choose to call the airline directly, you must refer to the file number to receive the discount.

Airport Shuttle

Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center and the Radisson Hotel at Opryland offer airport shuttle service daily from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. for $40 round trip or $30 one way. For tickets, visit the Gaylord Opryland Welcome Desk located on the lower level of the airport between the two escalators. For questions call (866) 972-6779 and press (0).

Car Rental

Car rental discounts are available from Hertz. Call Great Southern Travel and refer to CV #022Q5056 to receive these special rates. If you prefer, call Hertz directly at (800) 654-2240 and refer to the CV number above. Hertz has car rental locations at the Nashville airport and at the Gaylord Opryland.

Taxi Cabs

Taxi cab fare is approximately $25 one way from the airport to the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center and the Radisson Hotel at Opryland.

Wheelchair & Scooter Rentals
