2012 Exhibitor Contract

Exhibit space normally sells-out with with a wait list and space is limited for 2012. ACT NOW on submitting an exhibitor contract to ensure you benefit from the success of the Commodity Classic.

 

  1. Return the 2012 exhibitor contract by downloading the PDF, completing and sending by email to tradeshow@commodityclassic.com or fax to 636-244-1650.

  2. A confirmation letter will be sent to the email address listed on the exhibitor contract with confirmed booth number and an invoice payable immediately if space is confirmed and if a valid certificate of insurance can be produced.

2012 Commodity Classic Exhibitors have first opportunity through April 30.

2012 exhibitors have the first opportunity to reserve space during your assigned time at the 2013 Pre-Sell Meeting Friday, March 2 in the Tennessee Ballroom C of the Gaylord Opryland Resort. 2012 exhibitors have first priority for space at the pre-sell meeting until space is released May 1 to non-2012 exhibitors.  

 

If you cannot make the meeting, you may leave a contract onsite at the Commodity Classic registration desk for a space assignment as available AFTER the meeting, or return the contract after the show to the Commodity Classic Trade Show office. Note space will be limited so the best way to ensure a booth reservation is to attend the meeting.

 

2012 Exhibitors will be invoiced with a booth confirmation after the Pre-sell Meeting for 50% deposit due April 30, 2012. Full balance will be invoiced due July 27, 2012 to hold space.

 

New Prospective Exhibitors May Submit Contracts Now
for Assignment As Space Starting May 1:

2013 exhibitor contracts are being accepted now from non-2012 exhibitors by fax or email to be on the wait list (in date/time order of receipt) as space is available for assignment after May 1, 2012.  An invoice will be sent with a booth confirmation for 50% deposit due within 30 days or full payment after July 27, 2012.  Full balance will be invoiced due July 27, 2012 to hold space.
