To secure exhibit space:

1. Contact the Commodity Classic exhibit management office below to determine space availability/options.
2. Download the 2009 exhibitor contract (pdf found on left), complete and fax back to 636-244-1650.
3. A confirmation letter will be sent by e-mail with assigned booth number and an invoice for a 50% deposit payable by check in 30 days.
4. A certificate of insurance (policy date through March 1, 2009) is due January 15, 2009.
5. Housing and registration information will be sent in November and the exhibitor services kit Web link in December by e-mail.

The 2008 trade show featured 218 exhibitors in 847 booths that were visited by an all-time record high attendance of more than 4,530 attendees, including more than 145 of the nation’s leading media contacts.  

Preliminary demographics of attending decision-making grower leaders at the 2008 Commodity Classic are:
